There are three GO stations in Brampton: Brampton GO, Bramalea GO (further to the east), and Mount Pleasant GO (further to the west. Brampton GO station is a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

Though Riverwalk is not the newest budling, it comes with a number of benefits, like a great location. This condominium is located very nicely, next to the Joyce Archdekin park (direct park exposure) and next to Etobicoke Creek. please see the picture on the left to get an idea of the direct park view from Riverwalk Condos.

It is very close to Brampton downtown, Shoppers World Brampton mall and to a transit hub. Several schools such as Centennial Senior Public School, Brampton Centennial Secondary School and Ridgeview Public School are just a few steps away.

It is also important to mention that a number of units went through a really nice renovation and now they feature a modern interior.

Condo Insurance for Riverwalk Condos

If you are planning to own, or already own, a unit in Riverwalk, you need to make sure that you have not forgotten about condo insurance to protect your investment. Condo insurance typically starts with $30-$40 per month and offers the following protection:

  • Coverage of your personal property in the condo (e.g. your electronics, clothing, valuables) from perils like fire, flooding, etc.
  • Coverage for condo unit upgrades (e.g. engineered wood floor, upgraded marble counters and kitchen cabinets, etc.)
  • Protection from theft.
  • Coverage of your living expenses, such as hotel costs should you require a temporary living arrangement due to your condo unit being repaired after a fire, flooding, etc.
  • Protection for your locker contents – in case anything valuable is stolen from it or is damaged.
